All content provided on this platform, including but not limited to study notes, quiz questions, video lessons, logos, and software code, is the property of AgriPrep India and is protected by Indian and International copyright laws.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell any content from this site without explicit written permission.
• The materials are provided for your personal, non-commercial educational use only.
• Unauthorized use of our brand assets is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

03 User Accounts

To access certain features, such as personalized dashboards and mock tests, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

04 Prohibited Conduct

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Attempting to scrape, copy, or "rip" video content or quiz data using automated tools.
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose or to spread harmful/offensive content.
• Sharing account access or subscription details with multiple users.
• Circumventing any security features or access controls of the platform.

05 Limitation of Liability

AgriPrep India provides educational materials on an "as-is" basis. While we strive for 100% accuracy in our **IBPS AFO** and agriculture exam content, we do not guarantee that the information is error-free. AgriPrep India shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

06 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
